Return and Exchange
Sweet scrub lips does not accept returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons. However, customer satisfaction is my utmost priority and I take my customers' experience seriously
I ensure that you are acknowledged. Sweet scrub lips will not be responsible for any unsatisfactory experiences to our products. This means that if you do not like the product, no refund or exchange on that basis. Please carefully read the description box underneath every product to decide whether or not to purchase.
Non-Faulty Products and Change of Mind:
Sweet scrub lips does not accept returns or exchanges on products that are deemed not faulty or due to a customer's change of mind. Please be careful in your choosing of products as all sales are FINAL and cannot be altered once your order has been placed. If orders are damaged via transit, Sweet scrub lips are unfortunately not responsible for this.
However, in some cases, we will provide a store credit for the amount spent. You may be asked to provide photos via email for evidence of the damage.
Order Processing:
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to process. This ensures payments to be successfully received. Afterwards, your order will be shipped to you. However, during pandemic, all orders are posted once a week on Wednesdays for safety precautions therefore processing will take longer than usual.
Shipping Times:
Your order will reach you within 5 to 14 business days after being posted, depending on your location (metro or regional).Addresses closer to Sydney will arrive quicker than others states and countries. Australia's standard delivery fee remains between $7.00 and $13.00 depending on the weight of your package All email confirmations will include tracking information and updates just so you know where your package located at any point in time!
